Week 28 - 1.0
This has just been a sucky week. Fighting off a bout of depression, so it is very hard to get up any enthusiasm for dieting. In fact, it's hard enough to keep to the tenets of basic hygiene let alone healthy eating. I had a few lapses and have not stayed true to my knightly oath.So all in all, losing 1 pound is an accomplishment.
It probably helped that I weighed in buck naked.
Weight: 182.8
Net Pounds Lost: -28.4
Pounds till goal: 5.8

Buck naked is more fun if you do it on those weighing machines in the supermarket...
I actually find that "Buck naked" used properly is a great antedote for depression. Declare "Naked Day" at your house and just don't get dressed. Combine that with an all 80's music marathon and 400 some cans of "Milwaukee's Best" (stacked in a pyramid of course), and you'll be right as rain in no time.
But if you are having a naked day, I'd suggest not videoing it.
Please add me to the "official list" of the Knights of the Round Bottoms Sir Chubalot. I've never been a knight before, but have had a bottom that it waaay to round for waaay to long.
I've heard there are very few ways to become a knight.
The most well known was to be the son of a noble...which I am not. But sometimes the title of knight was bestowed for valor in combat after a battle or even better, before a battle to gain courage.
Maybe one day I'll be worthy to sit amongst 'The Knights of The Round Bottom's'.
Till then I valiantly plod on with my battle against the bulge.
Great blog. Love the 'Oath'.
