Yikes! 186
Yep. It's been creeping up over the past two years. Need to shave off some butter here. Habits have gotten poor. Not only do I eat a lot, but I eat crap. And I don't exercise. Frankly, It's kinda amazing that I'm not in the 190 territory.
But, that's all gonna change!
... maybe. No promises.
Isn't fessing up to 186 enough for now.

So easy for the old habits to slip back in. I'm now at my lightest for a year, having just slipped back under 180, but I'm still about 16lbs heavier than I was 3 or 4 years back.
