Um ... still 186.

I'm not really dieting, so I guess it's not surprising that I haven't lost weight. I'm not even sure why I'm posting. I did start running again -- three times last week. A modest re-entry. I'd like to run a marathon one day. I did one many years ago, but it was somewhat of a flub. Finished, but I had to walk after mile 18. This week I started a 10 week pre-training program. I don't necessarily plan to train for the marathon after that, but I'd think this program is a good starting place.
