Need decrease in GDW3P
Yes, I still need to work on the diet. I haven't weighed myself recently, but I believe I am right around 2 bucks. The General Discomfort While Wearing Work Pants is getting out of hand. In fact, I am eating lighter lunches just because my pants are already too damm tight at the beginning of the day. A double cheesbeurger just won't fit in there as well.
My newest goal is to decrease the GDW3P over the next 3 weeks. Going to try a little moderation this time.
My plan:
1) Jog 1/2 hour 5 days a week
2) Jog 1 hour once a week
3) Take one day completely off
4) Try not to eat like a complete asshole
Jogging starts tonight.
